DÍA 1: Día histórico; ¡Abadías y pueblos escoceses!
Regiones: El Reino de Fife y Perthshire
¡Primer día, vamos allá! Hoy visitaremos principalmente las regiones del Reino de Fife (uno de los antiguos reinos pictos) y Perthshire, además de las impresionantes vistas desde debajo de los tres puentes de Edimburgo sobre el fiordo de Forth, unas obras de ingeniería realmente impresionantes que se encuentran entre las más grandes del mundo dentro de sus características y nombradas Patrimonio de la Humanidad. También atravesamos la pequeña ciudad de Dundee, conocida por sus centros de investigación en medicina, su universidad y, según se dice, por ser el lugar donde se fabricó el primer ordenador del mundo. Hoy en día aún quedan más maravillas por ver, como por ejemplo: el impresionante palacio de Glamis y sus jardines, donde nació la princesa Margarita de Inglaterra, que exploraremos en busca de los traviesos fantasmas que lo habitan. También vamos a ver la antigua y hermosa ciudad de Dunkeld para llegar más tarde a Pitlochry, el pueblo escocés victoriano por excelencia, donde terminaremos nuestro precioso e histórico día disfrutando de una buena cena junto a la casa de un típico pub escocés y descansaremos de este intenso y enriquecedor día.

DÍA 2: ¡Castillos y destilerías de whisky!

¡Buenos y preciosos días! Nos espera un segundo día increíble y maravilloso. En plena naturaleza y en el Parque Nacional de Cairngorms, la reserva natural más grande de toda Escocia. Hoy no podremos dejar de admirar tanta belleza salvaje y natural… Comenzamos el día recuperando el aliento y visitando una de las destilerías de whisky más grandes del país, ya que estamos en la tierra del «agua de vida», como la llamaban los antiguos celtas pictos de Am. conoceremos su proceso de elaboración natural y lo degustaremos si nos apetece y tras esta interesante visita nos embarcaremos en la aventura y visitaremos los jardines del Castillo de Balmoral si lo hacemos de abril a julio, ya que en agosto es el lugar de descanso de la familia real británica o el Castillo de la bucólica y típica localidad escocesa de Braemar si lo hacemos en otras fechas. Preciosa localidad en medio del frío Parque Nacional que nos dejará sorprendidos. Pero… no hemos terminado de sorprenderos hoy, vamos a «asaltar» un castillo-ciudadela que probablemente habéis visto en muchas imágenes de la bella Escocia, el precioso castillo de Dunnottar, al borde de un acantilado que se eleva sobre una pequeña península hacia el valiente y frío mar del Norte, y para poner el broche final a este variado y hermoso día lleno de imágenes cinematográficas, cenaremos y descansaremos en la ciudad del granito o capital europea del petróleo: ¡Aberdeen!

DÍA 3: ¡Un día pintoresco, variado y activo!
Regiones: & Fiordo de Moray
Muy bien, muy bien; una joya de día, diseñado con tanta devoción por la impresionante mezcla de paisajes y colores que es uno de nuestros favoritos y así es como vamos a hacerte sentir. Hoy nos dirigimos a la costa al noreste del fiordo de Mora y seguimos esta ruta hasta lo que fue el mayor y más fuerte picto celta de Alba. Sobre una impresionante elevación que se rompe en el norte 9a Visitamos este asentamiento que nos transporta a tiempos pasados y Escocia es un país mtxiern pero lleno de historia y leyendas increíbles y ruced y así se conserva, como si el tiempo no hubiera pasado por él y así es como nos hará sentir. Dado que os hemos dicho que estamos en la tierra del whisky, también os llevaremos a LA-haps, la destilería más famosa del mundo, la que produce el whisky «Chivas Regal», entre otras marcas. La propia destilería es un hermoso pueblo escocés, como veremos. Bueno, tenemos tanto que ver y disfrutar que el día se nos va a hacer muy corto, aunque en realidad está lleno de contenido brillante. Visitamos los jardines del castillo de Cawdor y el bosque encantado, y es que en este hermoso castillo relacionado con la obra de Shakespeare «Macbeth» es más famoso su bosque salvaje y frondoso, con sus características secuoyas, que el propio y hermoso castillo, ¡lo exploramos! DÍA 4: ¡Un día increíble; Loch Ness, palacios y acantilados!

¡Hoy también ha sido un día increíble y cada uno supera al anterior! Vamos allá, nos adentramos en el enorme y misterioso lago Ness, literalmente, pero en barco, claro, el agua está demasiado fría para nadar, tomamos un bonito barco y navegamos durante una hora por las segundas aguas más profundas del país, después de las del lago Morar, y es que esta enorme lengua glacial desemboca en el frío mar del Norte y, con sus más de 36 km de longitud y 10 km de ancho, se adentra en el mar hasta alcanzar una profundidad de 180 m. k un hermoso barco y navegamos durante una hora por las segundas aguas más profundas del país después de las del lago Morar, y es que esta enorme lengua glacial que desemboca en el frío mar del Norte, con sus más de 36 km de largo y más de 2 m de profundidad, es el lago que contiene más agua dulce de todo el Reino Unido. DÍA 5: ¡A conquistar la lejana costa norte!

¿Nos hemos levantado con energía y ganas? Las vamos a necesitar, tenemos que tomar un buen desayuno escocés, ¡nos vamos a las pequeñas tierras deshabitadas de la costa norte! DÍA 6: ¡Excursiones y día de navegación!
Regiones: La salvaje costa noroeste
¡Hoy nos espera un día increíble y bucólico! ¿Cómo explicar el día en la naturaleza que nos espera hoy, en el que visitaremos los puntos imperdibles de la región de West Ross, conocida como la costa más hermosa, escarpada y salvaje de toda Escocia? No se puede explicar, ¡lo vamos a vivir y sentir por nosotros mismos! Hoy va a ser un día inolvidable en cuanto a naturaleza se refiere. Partiendo de la preciosa localidad de Ullapool, nos embarcamos en un crucero de tres horas por las islas Surnrner, en pleno Atlántico, y es que sí, se llaman así: «Islas del Verano». Veremos curiosas focas observándonos y quizá algún delfín o ballena traviesa. ¡Magnífica expedición esta mañana, os va a encantar! Después de desembarcar nos dirigimos a otro precioso pueblecito con todas sus casitas pintadas de blanco; Plockton, «la joya de las Highlands», como se la conoce, veremos árboles tropicales adornando su clima totalmente escocés. De camino a Plockton veremos la impresionante cascada de Gorrieshalloch, uno de los lugares más emblemáticos de la zona, el lago Ewe junto con su gente, Inverewe con su gran diversidad de plantas y aves, la ciudad de Gairloch y las impresionantes vistas sobre la blanca læach de Red Gnint. Otro bucólico pueblo escocés que visitamos es Shieldaig, desde cuya bahía pesquera se divisa su pequeña y tranquila isla en el centro. Además de las típicas vacas de las Highlands, este día, con un poco de suerte, veremos e incluso acariciaremos ciervos en el microsistema de Torridon, cerca de su precioso lago, y no nos perderemos uno de los lagos más grandes y maravillosos de Alba: Maree, con sus islas interiores, es una delicia para la vista y los sentidos. Nota sobre el alojamiento: la diferencia sustancial radica en los servicios que ofrece cada tipo de alojamiento y la distancia al centro de la ciudad. El tipo de habitación es siempre con baño privado y desayuno completo incluido. Le llevaremos y recogeremos en el propio alojamiento.

Servicio de cena abierto para su comodidad, a elegir del menú del restaurante.

• Rutas: muy estudiadas, optimizadas y seleccionadas para disfrutar de los espectaculares paisajes. En caso de causas de fuerza mayor ajenas a nuestra empresa, como condiciones meteorológicas extremas, obras que impidan el paso u otros acontecimientos inevitables, nuestro guía decidirá una ruta alternativa de igual belleza en la medida de lo posible.
• Alojamiento: en «ScotlandTrips International» nuestra selección de alojamientos habituales está por encima de la media en las mismas escalas de calificación que ofrecen otras empresas. Las dos opciones están sujetas a disponibilidad y a las opciones de las hermosas ciudades que se visitan. Especialmente en la maravillosa Escocia, nuestra selección de B&B y Guest House están al mismo nivel de calidad y comodidad dentro de nuestra excelente selección, pudiendo ser incluso más cómodos que un hotel, aunque un hotel ofrece más servicios como restaurante o bar. Dependiendo de la disponibilidad en las fechas de los servicios contratados, el alojamiento puede estar situado a mayor o menor distancia del centro local o incluso en los lugares más cercanos con disponibilidad, sin que ello suponga la interrupción de ningún contenido del programa o itinerario, por lo que cuanto más anticipada sea la reserva, mejores serán las condiciones y la situación del alojamiento, como es habitual en el sector turístico debido a la oferta, la demanda y las fechas.

• Equipaje: salvo que se indique lo contrario, se permite llevar una maleta de cabina o de tamaño medio por persona. Dado que solemos operar para mejorar la calidad y la atención de nuestros servicios en vehículos o minibuses, el espacio para las maletas es limitado y operamos bajo normas de seguridad y peso.
• DNI o Pasaporte: es necesario enviarnos este documento para las reservas y mostrarlo al Guía por motivos de seguridad.
• Seguro de viaje: es obligatorio tener tu seguro de viaje al día, es muy económico y puede cubrir cualquier eventualidad. También es recomendable que, en el caso imprevisto de que tengas que cancelar el viaje debido a cualquier eventualidad que te pueda ocurrir, esta sección te cubra.
