- Complete this form: Fill out the form below, selecting the tour, vacation, or service program you want.
- You will receive an email confirming availability and details for payment, including payment terms, to finalise your booking. You can also check availability in our booking system under the “Book Now” button.
Payment methods: Select your preferred method and terms on the form.
- Bank transfer: The most recommended method, using your own bank.
- Credit/debit card: Two options; select this method on the form below, and we will send you your booking confirmation (subject to initial payment) along with your payment link, or use the “Book Now” button.
Payment Options:
- Booking + 31 days prior: Pay the initial amount indicated for each tour, with the remaining balance due 31 days prior to departure, interest-free.
- Booking + Monthly Instalments: Pay the initial amount indicated for each tour, with the remaining balance due in interest-free monthly instalments on the 1st of each month. Final payment due 31 days prior to departure.
- 50% + 50%: Pay the initial amount and the remaining 31 days prior to departure.
- Full payment upon booking (only option available when booking less than 31 days prior to departure).

- Amounts: Prices are in the value of the currency of the country of destination or start where your activities will take place. Normally: É or €.
- Dinner Table: Your table is reserved to ensure you have somewhere to dine. Supplement: +E/€5 per night per person.
- Dinners: possibility of reserving your dinner consisting of 3 courses: Starter + Main + Dessert + Coffee or tea + Non-bottled water. You will have to
choose from what the restaurant menu has up to a maximum of É/€30 per person per night, which cannot be accumulated. Supplement: +É/€35
per person per night. - Additional nights: with full breakfast included. You can add as many additional nights as you want before or after, to the total number of rooms you
have selected in the starting and returning location of your tour. Supplement: High Season: +É/€350 per night and twin or double room. Individual
Supplement: + €/€50. Low Season: +É/€250 per night and twin or double room. Individual Supplement: + E/€50.

- Reserve + rest 31 days Before the beginning.
- Reservation + monthly payments outstanding amount on the 1st of each month. Last payment 31 days before start. Without Interest.
- In 3 payments: Reserve + 50% of the rest 31 days before the start of our services + 50% on the first day of the month between these two payments.
- In 2 payments: 50% upon reservation + 50% 31 days before our services.
- Additional 2% discount: when the payment is made in full to the reservation and before 90 days before the start of our services.
- Total payment upon reservation: Only option for reservations less than 31 days from the start.

- Children under 5 years: Free, Under the responsibility of the parents and option only available in Private Tours. Meals not included. One minor per
family will travel for free, from the second the applicable price will be that corresponding to minors between 5 and 17 years old. - Reservations are recommended 12 to 3 months in advance of the departure date, a minimum of 3 months is advisable for summer.
