In addition we will visit among other things your university, old cathedral, castle and the beach where was the bestseller filmed “Chariots of Fire” or “Chariots of Fire”. Your wonderful and historic day does not end here. We are heading towards the picturesque and magical tay forest also crossing a historic and picturesque town of which we are not going to tell you the name until you are here because we do not want to reveal everything to you. We will sleep in the warmth of the chimneys of the bucolic Scottish-style town pitlochry, name that comes in origin given by the area in which numerous Picto villages lived and which is one of the most touristic towns given its Victorian beauty. Of course, in the heat of a Scottish tavern and beautiful views you will enjoy tonight but not before visiting one of the most impressive and luxurious palaces in all of Scotland, here we leave you the surprise ..„.. You will see beautiful landscapes also crossing the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, lake that we will visit and its conservation village; luss. The loch lomond It is the largest in area in all of Scotland with its 71 square kilometers. We also bring you to Stirling Castle, another of the ancient capitals of Scotland after Dunfermline and until Edinburgh was named as such in the year 1437. The imposing Stirling castle fortress It is very similar in appearance to that of Edinburgh and around it the important battles of “Stirling Bridge” were held in 1297 with William Wallace and Highlanders defeating the numerous troops of Edward I of England, as well as the King of Scotland “Robert The Bruce” in 1314 in the surroundings of this castle as a fortress to the King of England Edward II. On both occasions them brave Scots fought with extreme bravery and courage to defend their country from the English invasion in a huge numerical inferiority and they won! Stirling Castle is known as the gateway to the Highlands or Highlands and it was said who controls Stirling Castle controls Scotland. Otherwise we have plenty of reasons to bring you to visit it, we will also tell you that here in this castle, it was crowned “Maria Estuardo” or “Mary Queen of Scots” Queen of Scots when she was only 9 months old, we walked in!
